Surface modification of mineral powder is an inevitable product of the development of modern high technology and new materials. It is widely used in non-metallic mineral fillers or pigments (such as plastics, rubber, adhesives, etc.), modern polymer materials, polymer-based composite materials, functional materials and coatings.

To solve these problems, the former Beijing Graduate School of Wuhan University of Technology developed the SLG type continuous powder surface modification unit for powder surface modification, film formation and spheroidization. When the mechanical force of the modifier is very strong, if the critical time for crack formation is shorter than the mechanical action time, or the particle size is smaller than the critical size, no crack will be generated, but plastic deformation and defect accumulation will occur, that is, the mechanical activation process. Due to factors such as inter-particle slip, elastic deformation and surface lattice defects, the stress of the powder is relieved and the fragmentation effect is reduced.

Features:

The pyrophyllite powder coating modification unit adopts three finished product shaped modification cylinders. The dry powder and the precisely measured reagent enter the modification cylinder at the same time, and the fluidized spiral runs with the high-speed rotation of the rotor.
